This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
