In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V.
