The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
