As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
