The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 24 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
