Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V.
