As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
