This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
