A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer.
