It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V.
