Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
