For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
