Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
