As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
