As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
