As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V.
