In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
