This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator.
