This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 24 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
