As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
