As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount.
