A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
