Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator.
