As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 24 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
