SI5335B-B05157-GMR Overview

In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
