Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
