As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
