The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V.
