Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
