The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
