As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi200MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
