Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
