Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
