This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. CMOS, Clock, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input.
