This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
