As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
