The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. A clock generating device that produces high-quality clock output frequencies of 200MHz is available for sale. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
