This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
