As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
