SI5335B-B07976-GMR Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
