In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel.
