The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. With ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
