This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
