In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
