The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
