The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
