For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
