Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power.
