As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
