As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
